I have a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of Missouri, Columbia Cumulative GPA: 3.4 I have a Master's degree in Secondary Education Administration from Pittsburg State University. GPA 4.0 I am also certified as an English as a Second Language teacher. GPA 4.0
Experience
I am a full time high school ELL ( English as a Second Language) teacher at Shawnee Mission North West High School in Shawnee, Kansas. I work with students on all high school subjects particularly English and Biology. I want to be a tutor because I love kids and teaching! My son is in college at KU and my daughter is a senior at Shawnee Mission East so I have extra time on my hands. I can think of no better way to spend this time than helping students become successful and gain confidence in themselves!
